# Points

In an attempt to not only level the playing field for individuals with less funds to purchase bigger amounts of $ONYX but to also encourage more community engagement, Onyx is adopting a points-based system. Users can track their points within the **Points** tab of the dApp. Points have numerous advantages:

* Early access to closed beta
* Increased revenue portions
* Early access to new features
